Shipping
We aim to process most orders same working day, if the order is received before 2pm. Any orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday, with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays.
Shipping times can vary from time to time.
The general lead times of products are:
Infinity Roof light : 10-14 days
Korniche Roof lantern: 3 weeks
UltraSky: 3 weeks
Roof Kits will be sent via courier, you will receive an email to confirm delivery date.
We are unfortunately only able to ship items to Mainland UK addresses. unfortunately we are unable to deliver items over 1metre to non Mainland UK addresses.

Returns
Unfortunately, as all Roof Lantern Kits are mad to measure, no returns are accepted, unless faulty. All concerns, including damaged items on delivery/ missing parts should be directed towards sales@rooflanternkits.co.uk (photographic evidence will be required)
